Additional information about rental rates

Owner accepts payment in USD

$825 - $1,150 per week. County and state taxes will be applied.
*Refundable Security Deposit of $250 is required for all stays and will be returned within 10 days after your departure if everything is in order. 
*Reservations can be made by emailing or calling us. Once reserved, the security deposit and half the rent must be received within 10 days (or full payment is required if reserved 30 days or less).

Owner Cancellation Policy

• CANCELLATIONS: A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent.
